The large lake, grasslands, and pinyon-juniper habitat is sure to bring great variety. Some species may include northern pintail, common goldeneye, black-necked stilt, franklin’s gull, white-faced ibis, american kestrel, pinyon jay, tree swallow, mountain bluebird, and vesper sparrow.
