Awesome Arizona-- Amazing Facts About the Grand Canyon State!
As a kick-off to the Verde Valley Birding & Nature Festival, join Northern Arizona Audubon for our program meeting, Wed. April 23, at the Cottonwood Public Library, 100 s. 6th St. Cottonwood.
Refreshments served 4:00, Program starts 4:30.
Roger Naylor, author, is Arizona’s premier travel writer and a member of the Arizona Tourism Hall of Fame. His specialties include state and national parks, lonely hiking trails, twisting back roads, diners with burgers sizzling on the grill, small towns, ghost towns, and pie. Roger is the author of several Southwest travel books. Come learn how Arizona continues to captivate him with its epic beauty, diverse landscapes and rich history. Free.
