Build your Birding Skill Sanctuary Sites Conservation Counts
Dead Horse Ranch State Park - Sunday March 23rd, 8:30-10:30 AM. Meet in the parking lot at the end of Owl Road near the restrooms at 8:30, (34.7517621, -112.0179112) first turn on your right after entering the park. We’ll check the feeders and surrounding area, including a riparian section. Terrain is a mix of uneven ground and maintained trail for a distance of one mile or less. Spring birds are expected! We might see Lazuli Bunting, Lucy’s Warbler, Yellow Warbler, hummingbirds … There is a fee to enter the park, $7 per car or an AZ State Park Pass. Heather Hofling will lead.
