Del Rio Pond & Verde River, Thursday, March 6th, 9-11 AM. We will meet at the Del Rio Pond at 9 to look at waterfowl, domestic and wild. Directions: Travel west on 260 out of Cottonwood. Turn left on Del Rio Drive and drive about 1/2 mile where the pond will be on your right. Then we will caravan to the intersection of Cayuse and Comanche where we will park and walk a short distance along the Verde River on mostly even surfaces to look for remaining wintering birds with hopes of see new comers.
