Rockin’ River Ranch State Park Camp Verde - Saturday, February 8th, 12noon - 1:00 PM *please see bonus options*. Celebrate the first anniversary of Arizona's newest state park! Come join the fun in a two-for-one family friendly event. There will be a Park Ranger guided hike at 10am followed by a Big Sit (stationary birdwatch) with Northern Arizona Audubon at 12noon. We’ll have a spotting scope set up and field guides to flip through. Loaner binoculars will be provided by NAAS. Restrooms and places to sit, relax and enjoy the beautiful weather. It’s a great place to bring a picnic lunch. Also, at 2:00 there will be a second Ranger guided interpretive hike through the park. Pair both options to maximize your species count! $7 per car or State Park Pass to enter. https://azstateparks.com/rockin-river/events/first-anniversary-guided-hikes
