Meet in the dirt parking lot. A porta-potty is available. We will walk the mostly flat Blackhawk trail for approximately 2 miles, searching for Sara Orangetip, Painted Lady, Satyr Anglewing (just observed by another NAAS guide in February!) and other early season butterfly species. Bring the usual: sturdy shoes, sunscreen, hat, snack, water, binoculars and cameras, if preferred. Becky Hardy will lead. Email Becky with any questions: butterflygirl@bricksofknowledge.com
